La jumătatea distanței dintre Șimleu Silvaniei și Pericei se află Ștrandul Termal Broscăria, un minunat loc de scăldat și pescuit. Este o zonă liniștită departe de zgomotul străzii. Ștrandul datorită apei calde funcționează tot anul.
