This classic-built house in the late 1840s was a hotel. Interesting decorations are over the windows, but not for them became known. Here lived and worked the historian Keőváry László. This is also the reason for the commemorative plaque on Roosvelt Street: Here he lived and wrote History of Transylvania and Hungary Dr. Keöváry László historian of Turda Nouă, member of the Hungarian Academy. N.1829 -d.1907. The house was named in his memory.
