Popeni, Orthodox church

The othodox church of Popeni locality built as Greco catholic was made in 1830. After the Greco catholic religion interdiction this church became orthodox. In 1987 the building was strengthened and in 2002-2009 the renovation works were made.

In the same time the exterior and the interior were repaired as well, it was painted by Martin Ambruș.
