Recea, Orthodox church

In the 19th century in Recea there were 2 churches, one of wood and one of a wall, which is known to have been built between 1831-1847. Without a church, the wood was given to the faithful in the Chioar valley,

Only there is no wall church, it was demolished and the resulting building materials were incorporated into the new church built between 1953-1958, just 100 m. This church was painted in 1975-1980 by the painter Busuioc, then the iconostasis was also built.
