The Adorian Houses were designed by Komor Marcell and Jakab Dezső, and the entrepreneur was Sztarill Ferenc. The land was bought in 1902 by the owner of the houses, Adorian Emil. In this house he lived, but here was his law office. He probably lived on the ground floor of the L-shaped house, where there was a six-room apartment. Dr. Adorján Emil, besides the prosperous business, owned several buildings, his name is also found in the building of the Black Eagle Palace. It has had several important functions in the professional and cultural field.

On the first floor there were two other apartments. On the II floor, there were fewer living spaces. From outside, the house is highlighted by the waves of the upper floor and the shaded corner of the building, where one can see a balcony, and beneath the eaves a décor with a blooming bay.

Wrought iron balconies are decorated with floral motifs similar to those of the house walls. Shutters are decorative. The wooden gates are decorated with floral motifs and the metallic part imitates peacock feathers. The interior courtyard is decorated with suspended corridors.
