Caltun lake

Lake Calcutun is situated at an altitude of 2135 m, at the foot of the Caltun peak (2510 m). The surface of the water is 0.8 ha and the water is 11.8 m deep. The waters of the lake reach the Arges river. On its shore there is a refuge, which offers a place protected from the winds that cross the lake. On the shores of the lake there are camping sites. At Lake Caltun you can reach the following marked trails:
