The location of the firstc catholic church of Tinca was probably in place of the current reformed church, and was taken over by the followers of the new faith, later becoming reformers, who built the present church after burning the old place.

In 1775, Patachich Ádám, bishop of Oradea, built for the catholics a chapel that lasted until 1814. The present church was built between 1810-1814. Her walls were decorated with frescoes and in her tower there were three bells that were taken in the First World War.

In the Second World War the church was burned, burned all inside. The renovation was completed in 1946. The main altar painting depicts St. Ana with the child, the organ is defective, and the bells were cast in 1925.
