Segesvár, Sighişoara, Schaessburg, arise upon Tarnava with its secessionist castles, with its castle-wall having 10 watch-towers, multicultural habitants who can live together in harmony. In the past the Hungarian kingdom took here the Saxons to protect its borders. The living conditions give secure establishment not only for the Saxons, but for the Romanians, Hungarians, Jews, Gypsies well, who has given an example of peaceful cohabitation since then. This is a town were you can't mope. The near the variety of sights in this year for example between 3rd June 23rd September Cloister Church and the Mountainy Church gives place every Sunday to the summer organ concert, between 1th and 14th august there is going to take place the Muzica Academica festival and the Summer Weeks of Music, and between 23th and 25st July there is going to take place the Medieval Festival!
