In 1765 the canon Szenczy Istvan built in Oradea the ursulina's school and order what functioned as a primary school at the beginning. In 1774 the construction of the church finished (beside the entrance on a marble-tablet is engraved the water-level of the 1851's inundation). In 1856 it becomes pedagogical school and at the ending of the XIX century girl's high school. After the years of communism the Ursulina's order got back its right as owner of the building what nowadays functions as "Ady Endre" high school with Hungarian as teaching language.
