The palace was built between 1904-1906 to the plans of Dezső Jakab and Marcell Komor. There are towers on the corners of two-storey building, and some of the apartments have nice, wrought iron balconies. The the balcony, the tower, and the section above the eaves are ornated with folk motifs.
