Oradea, The medical Faculty
As evidence of the fact that at the ending of the XIX century the commercial activities became stronger in Oradea is the construction of this huge commercial pavilion. Taking into consideration the activity object of this building's workers we could call it better as a center of tradesman's presentations why it became a forum for the tradesman's, kraftman's and agricultural worker's right protection. On the ground floor functioned the Lloyd Coffee while on the river's side functioned the commercial collage. The building was realized in eclectic style in 1894 by Rimanoczy Kalman Jr.. Today in this building gives place to the Medical University of Oradea and on the other side of the building to editorials and cultural societies.
