Negoiu Peak is the second peak of the country. Located in Fagaras Mountains and at an altitude of 2535m, it offers exceptional scenery. Only weather conditions can create problems. The Negoiu peak being the pole of atmospheric instability in Romania.

The Negoiu Peak is surrounded by a true rocky paradise. Towards the west, Custura Sărății, and to the west Strunga Doamnei, Ciobanului and Dracului(unfortunately destroyed). The Negoiu Peak can be accessed:
