We climb across masses of fallen rock to Portiţa Avrigului (2178m.) Here the path turns right. We keep climbing and reach another saddle, from where winding roads take us to Muntele Budislavu, 2371m. We have a clear view on the trapezium shaped Suru mountain with its two peaks: Suru and Capul Surului. We descend from the peak to saddle Budislavu (2200m).
