The red dot trail starts at Rudarica and goes into the woods. We soon reach the clearing where Stâna Văcăria is located. We go aoround peak Văcăria Mare and start a difficult ascent. At the end of the road the blue triangles come into view

We go past Văcăria spring and reach the main ridge over Curmăturii Comisului (1775m)
