The blue triangle trail starts at Piscul Negru forester’s lodge, travels through Capra valley into the woods, 1/2 hour away from our starting point we reach another forester’s lodge. Heigher in the realm of juniper trees the road leading to Lacul Călţun takes another course. We climb to the cauldron and enter on its eatern side. In order to avoid a swampy area we have to climb a rugged section to reach Paltinului saddle, where we meet the red streak trail.
