The red triangle trails start at the cabin, cross a brooklet and after 40 minutes of walking it reaches a saddle.This is where the blue triangle trails start and go towards the peak. We follow the red triangle and descend into Căldarea Găvanului. Widing roads take us to the 2110m heigh Şaua Surului.
