The blue triangle trails start at the place that used to be the Arpas tourist lodge on the forest road that takes us into Victoria town. After two hours of walking we reach the place called Sipot (1470.) After an easier part we meet the road coming from Victoria
We go trough an area covered by juniper trees, we go round Baba peak (1962m) and reach Baba pass (1920m.) We go round most of the peaks on our way. After passing by Lespezilor peak (1950m) and Afundatura or Custura pass we go around the area between Edelweis and Custura. We first descend and than a short winding road takes us back to the earlier heights A real alpine area follows, out path crosses the rocky ridge, it takes us up two peaks and then to a third which offers us a beautiful view of the mountains far and nearby. We descend into Calea Carelor ridge (2190m) and continue descending into Podgaru deep valley. Once reaching Lake Podragu an easy ascent takes us to Podragu tourist lodge (2136m.)
