Feleac

The oldest evidence of Feleac's existance is a document from 1367. From the road we may see the three towers of the orthodox church but the huge sphere-rocks of the Căprioarelor vale can be seen only those who go to the picturesque stream.

In the settlement the oldest church was built in 1488 with the assistance of Stefan cel Mare the prince of Moldova. It has two entrances and the interior space is divided in two as well so there is separate place for women and man. Its structure has gothic character its entrances are beautifully faced and the inwalls are decorated by frescoes. The sphere-rocks are the evidences of past ages. Probably they was rolled by the ancient see those sphere initiative around what grains were cemented. They are of different sizes also reaching some tones.
