The small Sohodol's early church in 1980 was relocated to Tinca to be saved from ruin, because village residents decided to abandon it and build a new larger church. Documents dating from 1743 and 1744 attest the date of its shingle. The small windows characteristic of that period can be seen on the altar side. The ship and the tower are covered with shingles.

The top of the tower suffered, unfortunately only preserves the original appearance, the octagonal helmet with a missle, missing, destroyed by a lightning, has not been rebuilt. The interior painting was made in 1810 by an unknown painter.

Biblical scenes and church history have been kept pretty well and cover all the interior. The iconostasis was made on cloth. Nicely decorated are also the door leafs of the narthex and nave. On the exterior of the church there are crosses of heroes and some inscriptions.

The small church in Tinca became a true museum of Romanian religious art. Visiting is possible under the following conditions:
