It is called extravagant by Romanians as well as beautiful, of course being biased. This is just a monument, a statue, 55m high and 25 m wide, being considered by Romanians, a very important statue in Europe. It can be found in the golf of Mraconia, where the water is 120 m. Florin Cotoarcea started construing it, and altogether 12 different sculptors were working upon this statue during 10 years, to realize it, paid by Iosif Constantin Dragan, who paid more than 1 million dollars for it. This statue is just opposite of a placate of marble "Tabula Traiana" on the Serbian side of the river, being put there by Traian the well-known imperator, to fascinate everyone with the marching of his roman troops into Dacia, and extending the Roman Empire in Dacia too, in 105.
