Păuleasa forest district is situated on the Galbena valei, near the Florilor glade and the Galbina gorge.

The Galbenei Valley is born at Galbena emergence, through which the water swallowed by Cetățile Ponorului cave. There is a very wild trail with marmites and inaccessible gutters, then entering a 100 m long tunnel. At the end it forms a beautiful fall of about 7m: Evantai waterfall. From here it goes through Galbena Gorge, follows a wild area, after which, merges with the Bulz brook and gives birth to Crișul Pietros.
